Good Foot Support Services is a Toronto-based registered charity and social-purpose organization that exists to address the systemic exclusion of Autistic and neurodivergent individuals, an overwhelmingly disadvantaged and underrepresented group within the workforce.
Since 2010, we have worked to break down barriers to employment by providing meaningful, paid work and critical skill-building opportunities through our courier service, employment-readiness program, and tailored support.

Our Approach
Good Foot Delivery & Support Services enhances the long-term employability of neurodivergent individuals through personalized support, training, and work experience to build skills, independence and confidence. We provide meaningful employment through our courier service and offer a free employment readiness program, Good Foot Forward, featuring interactive learning, job shadowing, 1:1 coaching, and work placements to help individuals build skills, confidence, and independence.
Position Summary:
The Marketing & Business Operations Manager is responsible for driving organizational growth by promoting Good Foot’s services, strengthening brand presence, developing new customer relationships, and supporting key communications and engagement initiatives, while supporting day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery. This role blends marketing, sales outreach, customer onboarding, and business development with operational support and oversight to ensure seamless service delivery.
The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and energized by connecting with people. They will play a key role in expanding Good Foot’s reach, building partnerships, telling our story across multiple platforms, and overseeing internal operations that enhance the courier and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
- Working with the Executive Director, develop and execute marketing and fundraising communication strategies that align with organizational objectives; analyze data points (website traffic, social media, customer journeys, etc.) to improve ROI for activities and campaigns.
- Create, maintain and execute a robust communications calendar that includes emails, social media posts, speaking opportunities, and other activities that support the organization's objectives.
- Maintain, clean, and segment mailing lists to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee the creation of all public-facing materials, including print and digital assets, reports and other materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Manage the Good Foot website, proactively ensuring it remains up to date, relevant, and optimized.
- Coordinate and oversee events in collaboration with team members.
Business Development
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in collaboration with the Executive Director, including flyer projects, corporate delivery clients, event partnerships, and other opportunities to maintain meaningful employment for the neurodivergent community.
- Proactively recommend ways to enhance ROI on revenue streams while aligning with the overall mission.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, partners, and prospective clients.
- Support relationship management with key partners.
Operations and Customer Service
- Oversee the smooth operation of all revenue generation activities, including delivery, flyer distribution, and other revenue opportunities that may be developed in the future.
- Adopt a continuous improvement outlook to ensure business operations evolve.
- Proactively identify any potential issues that may negatively impact the organization.
- Lead onboarding for new customers, including EFT form processing, account setup, and documentation. Lead Shopify and Hub (internal delivery management system) onboarding for new clients; troubleshoot operational or service issues; monitor performance of HUB and Shopify, and flag issues to the developer, test updates, and resolve any escalated customer service issues.
- Develop a customer retention strategy which builds loyalty, and upgrades existing customers.
- Manage Public Mobile accounts; check account status and usage, top up balances and troubleshoot payment or service issues.
- Oversee courier performance, provide clear expectations and collaborate with support to resolve performance challenges.
- Support flyer project tracking, quoting, mapping, scheduling, progress tracking, and invoicing.
- Provide Dispatch relief as needed.
Finance Operations
- Review incoming EFT payments and apply them accurately in QBO.
- Investigate unidentified deposits or missing remittance information.
- Process cheque payments and prepare bank deposits as needed.
- Compile monthly reporting on sales data, customer activity, courier efficiency, and review requests.
Internal Leadership & Support
- Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.
- Provide support in Dayforce and oversee relevant payroll functions.
- Support the execution of the food and social programming as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, business development, business operations, or communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Shopify, WordPress, Google Workspace, and social media.
- Experience with QuickBooksOnline, CRM systems, or invoicing tools is an asset (training provided).
- Confident communicator able to engage customers, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Interest in supporting the mission of a neurodivergent-focused social enterprise. Experience with the neurodivergent community is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility with minimal supervision
