  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new customer journeys, ensuring accuracy in audience targeting, data integration, and content delivery.
  • Apply audience segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance campaign relevance and performance.
  • Coordinate messaging across channels, email, telemarketing, print, and digital to deliver a consistent and engaging customer experience.
  • Support backend campaign operations including budget tracking, invoice processing, KPI reporting, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely approvals and delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • Contribute to Agile sprint planning, write user stories, and help refine the campaign backlog.
  • Translate customer journey insights into actionable marketing tasks and deliverables.
  • Share learnings and mentor peers through Communities of Practice and collaborative team sessions.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital content production.
