Description of the Role
The Marketing Analytics Lead will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing data across all channels and campaigns. This includes building dashboards, refining attribution models, and delivering insights that enhance campaign performance and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in marketing analytics, data visualization, and stakeholder communication.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing Analytics Lead will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing data across all channels and campaigns. This includes building dashboards, refining attribution models, and delivering insights that enhance campaign performance and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in marketing analytics, data visualization, and stakeholder communication.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead marketing data analysis and performance reporting across all digital channels
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize marketing outcomes
- Manage marketing attribution models and ROI calculations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to define key metrics and improve data infrastructure
- Present findings and narratives to leadership and other stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or data analysis roles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio
- Strong command of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables and advanced formulas)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo)
- Experience with marketing attribution models and customer journey analysis
- Clear and effective communicator who can explain technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Google Analytics Certification (GA4 and/or Universal Analytics)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
- Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Exposure to marketing mix modeling or econometrics is a plus
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager
- Visualization & Reporting: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio
- Marketing Platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot
- CRM & Data Systems: Salesforce, SQL databases, data warehouses
- Spreadsheet Tools: Excel, Google Sheets
