What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to engage individual donors and enhance philanthropic contributions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and events to increase donor participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate fundraising progress and outcomes.

What we are looking for

• Required: Proven experience in fundraising or philanthropy management.
• Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Optional: Experience in the non-profit sector.
• Optional: Familiarity with donor management software.
