What you will do

• Oversee governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare reports for the board and committees.
• Facilitate communication between various departments and external partners.

What we are looking for

• Required: Experience in governance or related fields.
• Required: Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Optional: Familiarity with the Paralympic movement or sports industry.
• Optional: Proficiency in both English and French.
