We offer a fully remote work environment, and an organizational culture focused on safety, joy, and meaningful contributions to the health of British Columbians through the powerful work of nursing.
NNPBC is committed to truth and reconciliation, guided by the Indigenous Cultural Safety, Cultural Humility, and Anti-Racism practice standards for nurses in BC. We actively advance the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act, the recommendations from In Plain Sight, and the Calls to Action and Calls to Justice from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and MMIWG report.
