About PMC Renewal
PMC Renewal is the Indigenous-focused division of Performance Management Consultants (PMC), a woman-owned, family-operated firm based in Ottawa and established in 1982. As the sister division to PMC Training, Renewal delivers community-based employment, training, and capacity-building programs across the North.
Since 2016, we have delivered multiple Pre-Employment Training (PET) programs in Nunavut and supported a wide range of northern individuals, organizations, and communities on projects related to employment readiness, skills development, and community capacity. Our work is grounded in steady partnership building, practical program delivery, and a commitment to supporting local goals.
Renewal works by aligning three things: community needs, the right subject-matter experts, and available funding pathways. This allows us to co-develop solutions that are culturally respectful, realistic to deliver in remote contexts, and capable of driving meaningful outcomes. We approach every engagement with curiosity, inclusion, and engagement—listening deeply, adapting to each community, and supporting participants as they take their next steps in work, learning, and life.
