Unpaid Volunteer Position

We have two opportunities in our team:
- Learning & Development. - Content Creator & Trainer (Management & Technical)
- Learning & Development Specialist - Co-ordinator

Responsibilities:
- Will create content for training - management, technical and/or soft skills
- Will co-facilitate training programs and also lead training programs in a volunteer setting
- Co-ordinate with other team members for internal communication
- Document employee experiences and follow-up with training effectiveness
- Assist HR Lead (Learning & Development) to map learning needs across management levels and various committees
- Will assist in learning analytics using learning frameworks (ADDIE, OKR, Kirk Patrick, etc) and Google feedback forms
Qualifications:
- Good training facilitation and co-ordination skills
- Public speaking skills
- Content creation skills
- Compatibility with Google Suite & Slack communication tools
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training facilitation
- Minimum 1 year of experience in training content creation
- Strong English communication skills
- *For co-ordinator: minium 6 months of work experience
Nice to Have:
- Diploma/certifications/degree in Adult Learning Principals/Instructional Design
- Ability to connect with diverse learning audiences
- *For co-ordinator: Bachelor's degree preferred
