Learning & Development Specialist

Hi There!

We are currently seeking a team mate at Empowered Futures. The role is unpaid, remote and volunteer based.

Responsibilities:

• Co-develop training content for volunteer staff within the organization
• Facilitate training programs for all volunteers in a virtual setting
• Perform L&D admin activities as and when required
• Help with creating employee experiences and L&D analytics across the organization.
• Support training programs at a virtual platform (Google Meet).

Nice to Have:

• Good facilitation skills or extrovert personality
• Willingness to learn
• Comfortable with Google Suite (including Google workspace, forms) & Slack
• Bachelors in HR and/or any relevant training certifications
• Strong exposure to instructional design and adult learning principles

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in training
• Graduate in HR and/or certifications in Training & Development, HR, Organizational Psychology
