A Greener Future is seeking enthusiastic and environmentally conscious volunteers to support our Love Your Lakes shoreline cleanups this summer along Lake Ontario. This is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact on your local environment, contribute to a data-driven environmental program, and gain volunteer experience alongside a passionate team!

August 10 - Woodbine Beach, Toronto (10AM-12PM)
August 13 - East Point Park, Scarborough (1PM-3PM)
August 15 - Humber Bay Shores Park, Etobicoke (10AM-12PM)
August 17 - Ashbridges Bay, Toronto (5PM-7PM)
August 20 - Humber Bay Park West, Etobicoke (1PM-3PM)
August 21 - Bluffer's Park, Scarborough (10AM-12PM)

Please register through our Events Page, select a cleanup at the location and time most convenient for you, then fill out the short form. Join us for one event or multiple events according to your schedule (1-2 hours per event).

About A Greener Future:
A Greener Future is a non-profit organization dedicated to environmental protection through community action and education. Our mission is to empower individuals to reduce litter and protect nature, spearheading a national movement to create a more sustainable world. Since our founding, we’ve removed over 7.1 million pieces of litter from the environment with the help of volunteers like you.
Love Your Lakes is an annual summer initiative focused on removing litter and raising awareness about pollution around Lake Ontario. Events take place across multiple GTA communities from Hamilton to Oshawa, with volunteers helping to protect local shorelines, wildlife, and water quality.
