About the Opportunity
The Canadian Association of MAiD Assessors & Providers (CAMAP) is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Knowledge Base Project Coordinator to support the development of a national MAiD Knowledge Base.
This project will transform CAMAP’s existing educational content into a structured, accessible platform designed to support clinicians and learners across Canada. The Knowledge Base will serve as a central hub for guidance, tools, and resources to strengthen practice and consistency in MAiD care.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will be responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of the Knowledge Base over a defined project period. This is a critical role that will work closely with clinicians, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of the project.
This is a part-time contract position (16 hours per week for 10 months). This role is a Canadabased, remote position.
Salary: CAD $30.00 – $32.00 per hour

You have 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, program delivery, or a similar role. Experience in healthcare, education, or the non-profit sector is considered an asset.
You are professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. You take ownership of your work and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that support the organization’s mission.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including subject matter experts
- High attention to detail with a focus on consistency and quality
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Suite, Zoom, project management tools)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in healthcare, medical education, or non-profit sector is an asset
- Familiarity with online learning platforms or knowledge base systems is an asset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Execution
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the Knowledge Base project
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across the project lifecycle
- Coordinate internal and external contributors to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare updates and reports for leadership and Board reporting
Content Development Coordination
- Work with subject matter experts and working groups to convert existing content into a structured knowledge base format
- Ensure consistency in formatting, tone, and usability across all content
- Track progress of content across multiple modules and contributors
- Support integration of tools, templates, and case-based resources into the Knowledge Base
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a central point of contact for project contributors
- Coordinate meetings, document key decisions, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Support engagement with external partners, including academic and accreditation bodies
Platform and Implementation Support
- Work with technical teams to support content organization and upload
- Assist with user experience considerations and quality assurance testing
- Support development of processes for user access and engagement
Marketing and Launch Support
- Support the development and execution of a marketing and engagement plan
- Assist in preparing materials for launch and stakeholder communications
- Documentation and Process Management
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, templates, and project processes
- Ensure the Knowledge Base is structured for long-term sustainability and ease of maintenance
Working Conditions
- This is a remote position, requiring the ability to work independently.
- The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines.
