HOURS: 32 hours/week

WAGE: $23-25/hour

Wagner Hills Farm is a Christian faith-based men’s recovery program located in Langley, BC. For decades, we have walked alongside men navigating addiction and life transformation offering not just a program, but a genuine community rooted in the love of Christ. Our farm campus provides a structured, caring environment where men rebuild their lives through faith, accountability, and purposeful work. Every meal prepared in our kitchen is an act of ministry. It sustains community, signals dignity, and reminds the men in our care that they are worth showing up for.

JOB OVERVIEW + OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who is as strong in character as they are in the kitchen. Reporting to our Kitchen Manager, you will help prepare and serve meals for a medium-to-high volume residential community, support food safety standards, assist with inventory, and help guide resident volunteers’ men who are themselves in different stages of recovery.

This is not a back-of-house job where you clock in and disappear. You will be seen, known, and valued and the work you do will matter every single day.
