Shoe Runners – Help children find the perfect pair of shoes

Registration – Check families in and guide them through the event

Kids Games – Facilitate fun activities to keep kids engaged
(12:00pm–4:00pm)

Shoe Measurements – Gently measure children's feet using provided tools and record sizes
(10:00am–4:00pm)

Break Giver – Rotate with other volunteers to ensure everyone gets a break
(12:00pm–4:00pm)

Take-Down – Tear down tables, pack shoes, load U-Haul, clean and reset space
(3:30pm–5:30pm)

Clean Crew – Keep the event space tidy: organize shoes, wipe tables, check bathrooms, pick up garbage
