Join Our Team! Mindsilike Wellness Foundation is Recruiting Board Members (Various Leadership Positions)

Mindsilike Wellness Foundation is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. If you have a strong commitment to mental health and wellness and are looking to make an impact, we invite you to apply for one of the following key leadership positions:

1. Director of Governance

Provide strategic leadership and ensure the foundation adheres to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Guide the board in developing governance policies and procedures that reflect best practices.

2. Director of Organizational & People and Culture

Lead the development of organizational culture and ensure the foundation fosters a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

Guide talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth to support long-term success.

3. Director of Youth Engagement

Lead initiatives that engage youth in the foundation’s programs and advocacy efforts.

Ensure that programs and resources are youth-centered, culturally relevant, and responsive to the needs of marginalized communities.

Support the board in developing strategies for youth participation, leadership development, and community impact.

About Mindsilike Wellness Foundation:
At Mindsilike, we are dedicated to promoting mental wellness through innovative programs and resources. Our board members play an essential role in driving our mission forward and ensuring we continue to support communities in need. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about mental health, wellness, marginalized communities, women and Black populations, and making a difference.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience in governance, human resources, or youth engagement (for the respective roles).

A passion for supporting mental health and wellness initiatives.

Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Commitment to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
