Community Living Guelph Wellington (CLGW) is a large, community-based, not-for-profit charitable agency supporting more than 900 adults with developmental disabilities across Guelph and Wellington County. We empower People We Support to connect with their communities through work, volunteering, housing, and recreation.
We are seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a Board member, you will help guide the organization’s strategic direction, steward its resources, and uphold its commitment to accountability, leadership, and impact.

Key Qualifications / Requirements
We are seeking individuals with experience in any of the following areas:
- Finance
- Governance
- Government relations
- Advocacy
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess the skills, experience and areas of expertise as identified above
- Be able to commit to a minimum two-year term, with a time commitment of approximately 4 hours per month
- Live in Guelph or Wellington County (preferred)

The application deadline is Friday, July 31, 2026. Interviews will be scheduled following the review process, and Board elections will take place at our Annual Members Meeting in September.
