Would you be interested in joining the OAND Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) Advisory Group?

This advisory group supports the development of policies, programs, and initiatives that promote equity, accessibility, and inclusive leadership within our profession. We operate as a steering committee—meaning our role is to brainstorm and guide the strategic vision, while dedicated staff members handle the day-to-day work of bringing those ideas to life.

Our recent initiatives include:

• Supporting equitable hiring practices at the OAND
• Recommending guest speakers for organized events
• Assisting conference presenters in creating inclusive content
• Ensuring our most marginalized members and patients are prioritized and supported

We are currently seeking thoughtful, committed members who want to contribute to real, actionable progress.

What to expect:

• A one-hour virtual meeting every two months, with minimal preparation required.
