ORGANIZATION
Based in Toronto, Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits is a Canadian charity, 100% volunteer-led that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community impact for non-profits that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting.
Endeavour has two consulting engagement rounds during the year, in the fall and in the spring. For each round, Endeavour will recruit and match teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations in need of pro bono consulting.
Since 2007, Endeavour has engaged more than 1000 volunteers on over 134 projects, delivering more than $8 million in pro bono consulting to local, national and international non-profits based in Canada. Endeavour’s partnerships with leading corporations in Canada offer pro bono and skills-based volunteering opportunities that contribute to employee engagement, professional and leadership development, talent retention and corporate responsibility goals.

ROLE
Endeavour is looking for a volunteer to join the IT Division as IT Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to Endeavour end users. You will work as part of the IT team dedicated to ensuring that technical support issues are resolved in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizational Contribution
- Perform day-to-day support for Google Workspace including but not limited to user creation/deactivation, basic administration and technical support for Google Workspace’s productivity suite of products.
- Perform day-to-day support for Salesforce including but not limited to user creation/deactivation, basic administration and application use
- Provide scheduled training on Google Workspace and Salesforce application functionality based on predefined training documentation
- Escalate issues according to the internal escalation processes
- As required, provide collaborate with IT/IT team members to complete Technology projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 2 or more years experience using Google Workspace applications
- 2 or more years of Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator or Google Workspace certification is desirable
- Ability to take a lead on identifying and implementing new initiatives
- Ability to collaborate and deliver results in a virtual work environment
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, to understand user requirements and suggest solutions based on diverse stakeholder’s needs
- Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Long-term commitment (1-2+ years) to Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits
- Interest in non-profit sector
Preferred:
- Endeavour volunteer experience
- Understanding of client relationship management platforms
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
