Description Of the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team for up to 20 hours per week. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining employee satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the HR Lead, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support the development and creation of HR policies, processes, programs
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment
  • Required Experience/Skill:
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Pursuing designation as CHRP
  • Experience in an HR support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and Slack
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
