Human Resource Coordinator (Volunteer and Operation Support) (m/f/d)

About us

We are a dynamic grassroots group passionately dedicated to empowering new black immigrants. Our mission is rooted in fostering unity, resilience, and collaboration within the black immigrant community. What you will do

  • Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and management.
  • Support operational processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for HR processes.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve volunteer engagement.
  • Assist in organization volunteer operations

What we are looking for

  • Experience in human resources or volunteer management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with newcomers, acb, immigrant community challenges.
  • Experience with non-profit organizations.
