
HR Coordinator – Performance and Data Management (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer)
Empowered Futures invites you to join as an HR Coordinator – Performance and Data Management—a vital role focus on managing employee performance processes and managing data accuracy and reporting. Our mission is to empower emerging adults through mentorship, self-development, and community support, creating pathways to confident, resilient adulthood.
In this role, you will promote a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement by supporting performance tracking and HR process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Generate reports on headcount, performance metrics, and workforce trends
- Maintain HR dashboards and trackers
- Support HR and leadership with accurate workforce data
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks
- Coordinate timelines and communications for performance cycles
- Identify opportunities to improve data and performance management processes
- Promote efficient HR operations
- Coordinate and support performance review cycles (annual, biannual, or quarterly)
- Track performance review completion rates and follow up with managers and employees
- Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards
- Support goal-setting and performance tracking processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field OR Equivalent relevant work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, HR Operations or HR Coordination
- Experience supporting performance management processes is an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to create reports and maintain trackers
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and data management
- Interest in HR analytics, or HR technology
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and collaboration platform Slack
