Hiring Board of Director(s) Members

St. Joseph’s at Fleming is a 200-bed, Catholic, faith-based long-term care home serving Residents with dignity, compassion, and respect. Following significant governance and operational improvements, we are entering an exciting new chapter of growth.

We are seeking volunteer members of the Board of Director(s) to help guide our organization as a trusted leader in long-term care. The new Board Term will begin in June and we’re looking for commitments of two-to-three-year terms.

Desired Skills and Experience

The Board welcomes candidates with governance experience and professional expertise in one or more of the following areas:

· Health care or seniors’ services

· Strategic planning or organizational transformation

· Board Governance

· Communications and public relations

· Government or stakeholder relations

· Finance or accounting

· Legal or risk management

· Human resources
