We’re looking for enthusiastic, community-minded individuals to join our Gutsy Runway Planning Committee. This one-of-a-kind fashion show features stunning toilet paper couture and raises awareness and funds for Crohn’s and Colitis Canada.

Join the Gutsy Runway Planning Committee and help bring this one-of-a-kind toilet paper fashion show to life!
What you’ll do:
- Follow Crohn’s and Colitis Canada policies and procedures, including the volunteer code of conduct
- Support event logistics, help with venue coordination, set-up, scheduling, and day-of operations.
- Promote the event, spread the word through social media, local outreach, and community connections.
- Recruit and support volunteers, assist with onboarding designers, models, and other event helpers.
- Coordinate communications, share updates, reminders, and resources with participants.
- Attend planning meetings, join monthly check-ins (virtual or in-person) leading up to the event.
This role involves in-person interactions.
Date & Location:
- Friday, November 28, 2025.
- Chartwell Meadowbrook, 18 Jacobson Drive, Lively, ON.
Time Commitment:
- Planning Meetings: 1 hour per month (virtual or in-person) leading up to the event.
- Independent Tasks: Flexible, based on your schedule.
- Event Day: Available from 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Friday, November 28, 2025 (shifts available)
What you bring:
- Organized & reliable – Able to manage tasks and follow through.
- Team-oriented – Enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
- Creative & enthusiastic – Excited to help make the event shine.
- Experience in events or promotion is an asset but not required.
