Job Description:

The Graphic Designer will be an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and campaign goals. This role involves producing a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web assets, brochures, and infographics. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life across various platforms. Working closely with marketing strategists and content creators, the designer ensures consistency, quality, and innovation in every project. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, collaborative and creative who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create visual designs for digital and print marketing materials (brochures, social media graphics, website assets)
  • Develop brand-consistent graphics for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visual designs
  • Design infographics, presentations, and multimedia content
  • Maintain and expand company brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Optimize graphics for various platforms and formats (web, mobile, print)

Required Experience / Skills:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)

Experience:

  • 1 - 2 years in a graphic design role

Skillset:

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Experience with both digital and print design
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent visual communication skills

Good to have, not required:

  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) credentials
  • Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing
  • Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS
  • Experience with brand identity development

Required tools and platforms for this role:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva)
  • Canva Pro for quick social media assets
  • Figma for web-based design collaboration
  • Google Drive for file sharing and collaboration
  • Brand asset management platforms
