Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our communications, fundraising campaigns, and digital presence. This role is essential in helping us visually communicate our mission, impact, and programs to donors, partners, and the communities we serve.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who wants to build a strong social-impact portfolio while contributing to meaningful humanitarian work.

What You Will Do

Design compelling graphics for social media, website, newsletters, and fundraising campaigns.

Create visual materials such as brochures, reports, presentations, and donor impact summaries.

Develop branding assets including templates, banners, icons, and marketing collateral.

Support campaign launches with cohesive visual storytelling.

Design infographics and data visualizations to communicate project outcomes and impact.

Maintain visual consistency aligned with Samawada’s brand identity.

Collaborate with communications, fundraising, and program teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals.

Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files as required.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.

Ability to communicate complex information clearly through visuals.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Passion for social impact and humanitarian work.

Nice to Have

Experience designing for nonprofits or social impact organizations.

Experience with report design and layout.

Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.

Familiarity with social media content strategy and digital marketing.

Experience creating brand guidelines or visual identity systems.
