Graphic Design Mentee / Production Assistant

We are looking for a Graphic Design Mentee / Production Assistant to help create our film festival's promotional material and assist with various "in-person" tasks leading up to our annual event in September. Our ideal candidate has experience with graphic design, is familiar with software such as Canva/Photoshop and is comfortable travelling in downtown Toronto to pickup/drop-off various items. As this is a volunteer position, we are eager to work with post-secondary students or recent graduates who are interested in pursuing work in this field. In your application, please tell us about your experience in digital marketing, graphic design and/or PA work.

The 15 to 10 International Film Festival is dedicated to showcasing outstanding short-form video content from online platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Taking place in Toronto during TIFF season, our festival highlights exciting new works from online creators pioneering this new medium of artistic expression… the short-form video! Our mission: disrupt the media industry, legitimize the vertical format, platform the work of online creators.

Our festival has been running for three years, hosting an annual live screening event at Toronto's CineCycle theatre. Our fourth edition will take place on September 19th, 2026.
