⏰ Time Commitment: 06 - 10 hr per week

🔶 Key Responsibilities:

As a Grant Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping us secure funding to support our coastal and marine conservation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Researching and creating a detailed database of potential sponsors, donors, grants.

✅ Identifying and researching potential grant opportunities specific to marine and coastal conservation.

✅ Preparing and submitting grant applications tailored to the unique needs of our organization.

✅ Managing grant-related documentation and deadlines related to our conservation projects.

✅ Collaborating with team members to gather scientific data and educational materials.

✅ Tracking and reporting on grant outcomes and the positive impact on our oceans.

✅ Staying updated on grant trends and best practices in marine and coastal conservation funding.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

✅ Strong research and analytical skills, preferably but not mandatory, with a focus on marine and coastal issues.

✅ Exceptional writing and communication abilities, with the ability to convey the urgency of ocean conservation.

✅ Attention to detail and organizational skills to meet grant application deadlines.

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team committed to preserving our oceans.
