About Us:
The Canadian Conservation Photographers Collective (CCPC) is dedicated to raising awareness and inspiring action to protect Canada’s wildlife and natural landscapes through the power of photography and videography. To support and expand our impact, we are seeking an experienced Grant Researcher to help secure funding for our initiatives.

Role:
We are looking for a skilled Grant Researcher to research funding opportunities and prepare compelling grant applications. This volunteer position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in grant research and a passion for conservation.

Responsibilities:

  • Research potential funding opportunities for the CCPC.
  • Ensure all grant applications align with CCPC’s mission and funding priorities.
  • Track and meet grant deadlines while maintaining accurate records.
  • Identify grants related to conservation, education, and photography.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and team to gather necessary information for applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience researching, writing, and submitting grant applications in Canada.
  • Strong research skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with conservation, education, and photography-related grants is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for conservation and a commitment to promoting environmental sustainability.
