Grant Development Lead

Position type: Volunteer
Time Commitment: 10 hours per week
Purpose of the Role: Identify, track, and manage grant opportunities aligned with
Universal Limbs Foundation’s mission, with a focus on Canadian and international
funders.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S :

• Research grant opportunities (government, foundations, innovation, humanitarian,
  health).
• Maintain a grant pipeline tracker (deadlines, eligibility, status).
• Match funding opportunities with ULF programs (R&D, implementation, humanitarian
  response).
• Share recommendations with the Fundraising Lead and Finance Director.
• Monitor reporting obligations for awarded grants.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S & S K I L L S :

• Experience in grant research, nonprofit development, or fundraising.
• Familiarity with Canadian grant ecosystems (CRA, foundations, public funders) is a
  strong asset.
• Strong research, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to assess eligibility and compliance requirements.
