What you will do

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for organizational governance.
• Participate in regular committee meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Review and evaluate policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other committee members to set long-term goals and objectives.
• Support the execution of strategic plans and monitor progress.

• Required: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
