  • Participate in program evaluation discussions to enhance program quality, access, and impact.
  • Engage with participants using clear, respectful, culturally safe, and trauma-informed communication strategies.
  • Provide services in alignment with TNO’s vision for inclusive, equitable, and community-driven care.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • GLA:D™ Canada Certified Instructor.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the appropriate professional regulatory college (e.g., College of Physiotherapists of Ontario).
  • Eligible for membership in professional associations (e.g., Ontario Physiotherapy Association).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience; community or primary care experience is an asset.
  • Strong clinical skills in exercise prescription and chronic disease self-management support.
  • Experience facilitating group-based exercise programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
