Basic gardening knowledge and experience Able to perform physical tasks (lifting, digging, bending) Dependable and reliable Understands basic safety practices for tools and outdoor work Strong organizational skills Works well independently and as part of a team Creative and resourceful Strong problem-solving skills

Plan and maintain garden plots and outdoor spaces Keep grounds clean, tidy, and visually appealing Ensure outdoor areas are safe and hazard-free Develop a garden plan with staff Help source donated materials and supplies Complete seasonal clean-up of garden areas Plant and care for gardens to keep them healthy Maintain courtyard cleanliness (weeding, garbage removal, etc.) Attend required training and meetings
