Enchanted Hope Foundation is a growing nonprofit creating magical experiences and meaningful support for children with serious illnesses and their families. From storybook-inspired programs to our Enchanted Memories Days and annual gala, everything we do is rooted in bringing light, joy, and dignity to families during incredibly difficult times.

As our programs grow, so does the need for strong, heart-led community support—and that’s where you come in.

The Role
I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and believes in the power of community. This role will focus on building relationships with businesses and partners who want to make a real impact.

You won’t be starting from scratch—you’ll be working alongside the founder and me, Director of Operations, helping bring ideas to life and opening doors that allow us to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reaching out to local businesses, brands, and community partners for sponsorships and donations
• Securing raffle and silent auction items for events
• Building and maintaining relationships with sponsors and supporters
• Identifying new partnership opportunities aligned with our mission
• Supporting outreach for initiatives like our gala and fundraising campaigns

What I’m Looking For

• Someone confident in communication (email, DM, in-person outreach)
• Organized and able to follow up consistently
• Creative in how they approach partnerships and collaborations
• Passionate about helping families facing serious childhood illness
• Experience in fundraising, sales, or partnerships is a bonus—but not required
