About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Fundraising & Grants Lead to help drive financial support for The Komenda Project’s programs and initiatives.

This role is for someone who understands how funding fuels impact, and who can turn ideas into actionable fundraising strategies. You’ll lead efforts around grant research, fundraising campaigns, and donor engagement to help move The Komenda Project’s mission forward.

What You’ll Do

• Develop fundraising ideas and campaigns aligned with The Komenda Project’s mission
• Research potential grants, donors, and funding opportunities
• Lead or support grant writing and proposal submissions
• Manage grant application processes from research to submission and follow-up
• Help build relationships with donors and partners
• Support financial planning for programs through fundraising efforts
• Track funding progress and provide updates to the team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in fundraising and/or grant writing
  Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to develop practical fundraising strategies
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple funding opportunities at once
• Passion for youth empowerment and social impact

Grant writing experience is a strong plus.
