Fundraising Coordinator

Position type: Volunteer
Time Commitment: 10 hours per week
Purpose of the Role: Support day-to-day fundraising activities, donor communications,
and campaign coordination.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S :

  • Assist with online fundraising campaigns and donor outreach.
  • Coordinate timelines and materials for fundraising initiatives.
  • Support donor acknowledgements and stewardship.
  • Work with the Social Media Manager to align campaigns with communications.
  • Maintain basic donor records in CRM (in coordination with Finance/CRM lead).

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S & S K I L L S :

  • Experience in fundraising, communications, or nonprofit operations.
  • Great communications skills.
  • Familiarity with Canadian ecosystems is a strong asset.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working with shared tools (Google Drive, CRM, spreadsheets).
  • Interest in humanitarian and innovation-driven causes.
