About Us
hEr VOLUTION is an Ontario-based nonprofit organization working to advance the representation of girls and gender diverse youth in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). We create opportunities for young women and gender diverse youth from underserved communities to succeed in STEM through skills training, mentorship, and equity-centered career programs like STEMing UP.
Fundraising Data & Reporting Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the mission, programs, and fundraising initiatives of hEr VOLUTION.
- Collect, organize, and analyze fundraising and campaign data to support the work of the Fundraising Committee.
- Track donor engagement, campaign performance, and fundraising progress.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries to support internal decision-making and strategy.
- Maintain organized records of fundraising metrics, donor trends, and campaign outcomes.
- Work with committee members to identify insights that can help improve fundraising strategies and outreach efforts.
- Support the preparation of reports or data summaries for internal meetings, grant applications, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure data is handled accurately and confidentially.
Fundraising Data & Reporting Coordinator Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and summarize data clearly.
- Interest in nonprofit fundraising, data analysis, or program evaluation.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and Slack for communication and collaboration.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately.
Fundraising Data & Reporting Coordinator Experience Requirements
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, spreadsheets, or research is an asset.
- Familiarity with data tracking tools, dashboards, or CRM systems is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to organize large sets of information and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience in nonprofit, community development, or social impact initiatives is preferred.
What We Expect
- Minimum one (1) year commitment to the role in the Fundraising Committee
- Up to one (1) hour a month per meeting, with additional time for assigned tasks.
- Availability for unscheduled meetings if necessary, as determined by the Committee Chair.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack for communication and collaboration.
