Oversee grant calendar (prospecting, drafting, submission, and reporting with staff/volunteers).

Set simple KPIs and reporting (raised $, # new donors, retention, # grant subs/awards, # partnerships).

Recruit/lead a small volunteer fundraising team; collaborate with Marketing/Programs.

Advise board on fundraising policy, ethics, and donor recognition.

You bring

Nice to have

Experience with CRMs, grant portals, or peer-to-peer platforms.

Network in philanthropy, tech, workforce development, or education.

Commitment & support

~4–6 hrs/week; quarterly board meetings; flexible scheduling.

You’ll get onboarding, program briefs, past grant/campaign assets, and board mentorship.

Benefits
