Fundraising and Donor Development Volunteer

Our Mission:
IDA Ontario is a registered charity. Our mission is to create a future for all individuals who struggle with dyslexia and other related reading differences so that they may have richer, more robust lives and access to the tools and resources they need.

We believe individuals with dyslexia have the right to achieve their potential, that individual learning abilities can be strengthened, and that social, educational and cultural barriers to literacy must be removed.

Assistance Needed:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping us raise vital funds to support our programs, services, and advocacy efforts. Collaborating with other board members and volunteers on the fundraising committee, you will have the opportunity to utilize your creativity, organizational skills, and passion for making a difference to drive fundraising initiatives and contribute to the success of our organization.

IDA Ontario is looking for a candidate to serve as a guide/advisor, providing insights and a roadmap to navigate the complex landscape of fundraising, ultimately helping us secure the resources necessary to drive positive change.

IDA Ontario is a volunteer-run board that meets remotely and time commitment is flexible.
