
Fundraising Account Coordinator
Position Summary
This role is a key contributor within ENGAGE Interactive Not-for-Profit Division of IMarketing Solutions Group, an international marketing and fundraising organization. We partner directly with a wide range of charities across North America to design and implement customized fundraising programs that deliver exceptional return on investment. Many of our clients have partnered with us for decades, reflecting our commitment to outstanding client service and consistently exceeding fundraising goals.
As a member of the team, you will support the day-to-day execution of client fundraising programs, ensuring goals and objectives are met accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role is responsible for managing internal client databases, maintaining CRM accuracy, tracking deadlines, securing materials, supporting project management, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. Regular collaboration and liaison with other departments is required.
Position Details
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day a week in office)

- Salary: $40,000–$45,000 based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for charity representatives
- Perform daily updates and changes to proprietary databases to maintain accurate and current charity information
- Work closely with team members to ensure account management processes and strategies are in place across all accounts and complete general administrative duties
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements as necessary
- Coordinate with Account Managers on the development of fundraising materials
- Identify opportunities and support small project management initiative
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills; daily interaction with national charity representatives is required
- Experience in fundraising through educational or internships programs.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including professional email etiquette and strong Excel spreadsheet creation and manipulation skills
- General knowledge of charitable databases, with the flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work closely with NFP Account Managers while taking ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities
- Strong time management skills and initiative to proactively move projects forward
- Ability to liaise effectively with other departments to identify and resolve issues
- Willingness to take on additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as required by the NFP team
- Experience with direct marketing & knowledge of email best practices
- Understanding of fundamental graphic design principles is an asset
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint with the ability to develop presentations
- French language skills are not required but considered an asset.
This role is open to recent graduates of a fundraising program or candidates who have internship or entry level experience working in fundraising.
