Position Summary

The Fund & Partnerships Officer is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening funding streams and strategic partnerships to support the organization’s mission and community impact. This role focuses on grant development, donor engagement, institutional partnerships, and collaborative initiatives that enhance program sustainability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Development & Grant Management

Identify, research, and pursue funding opportunities from government, foundations, corporations, and community donors

Prepare high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, budgets, and supporting documentation

Manage grant reporting, compliance, and funder communications

Track funding pipelines and maintain accurate funding records

Partnership Development

Build and maintain strategic relationships with community organizations, funders, corporate partners, and public institutions

Develop partnership proposals and collaboration frameworks aligned with organizational priorities

Represent the organization in external meetings, networks, and sector forums

Donor & Stakeholder Engagement

Support donor stewardship activities, including impact reporting and recognition

Assist in developing fundraising campaigns and community engagement initiatives

Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and supporters

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Reporting

Work with program teams to collect data and document program outcomes

Contribute to impact reports, case studies, and communications materials

Support continuous improvement of funding and partnership strategies

Internal Collaboration

Collaborate with program, finance, and leadership teams to align funding strategies with organizational goals

Contribute to organizational planning and sustainability initiatives

Required degree level

  • Experienced (Non Manager)
