Focus on Nature seeks Volunteer Committee Members!

Focus on Nature is a registered charity operating in South Ontario that inspires young people to explore and connect with nature through photography. We conduct workshops in schools and day camps in the summer and during March Break. We envision a world where our connections to nature create a healthy, flourishing planet.

Focus on Nature is always looking for new committee members to complement the strengths of our small but mighty board. We are a working board that currently meets monthly (with a break in the summer), with a break in July and August. Committees typically meet monthly but this varies depending on the task at hand. The commitment would typically be about 5 hours per month. Committees typically meet virtually and we invite members from Southwestern Ontario are encouraged to apply. We are a friendly, supportive and passionate board. Prior experience on a board or committee is not required but would be considered an asset. We are particularly interested in individuals with fundraising and development expertise to join our Marketing and Fund Development committee.
