Exciting News: We’re recruiting new Board Directors! 🌟
At Flavours of Hope, we believe that newcomer immigrant and refugee women can flourish and experience belonging through cooking, storytelling, community-building, and entrepreneurship.

Our Board of Directors is at the heart of shaping this vision. Directors help us:
🍴 Champion newcomer women and amplify their voices
📈 Shape and endorse our strategic direction
💡 Ensure responsible stewardship of resources
🤝 Provide guidance, oversight, and support to staff
💬 Maintain strong communication with our partners and communities

We are currently seeking 3-4 new Board Directors to begin in January 2026. This year, we are especially inviting candidates with experience in:
✔️ Finance & Accounting
✔️ Human Resources
✔️ Fundraising & Philanthropy
✔️ Non-Profit Leadership

🌍 We also welcome lived experience as an immigrant and refugee woman, and expertise in areas such as governance, legal, communications, marketing, organizational strategy, or food service.
