LandSeed is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the organization’s growth by providing financial insights, modeling, and strategic recommendations. This role will begin as a volunteer position, with the potential to transition into a paid contract position based on performance and organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, and comfortable working with financial data to drive decision-making.

Why Join LandSeed?
LandSeed is a mission-driven nonprofit building the future of homeownership — one community at a time. From tiny home villages to AI-powered land tools, we’re helping people reclaim access to housing through design, data, and deep collaboration. Our work spans urban planning, modular construction, software tools, and public engagement, all rooted in equity and sustainability.

As a Financial Analyst at LandSeed, your work directly supports bringing real housing communities to life. You'll help us assess the financial models behind our tiny home villages, evaluate partnership opportunities, and shape how we scale our programs across Canada. Your insights will be used to unlock funding, guide municipal partnerships, and move projects from paper to reality.

This is an opportunity to use your finance skills on projects that matter — and to be part of something that’s not just growing, but reshaping how housing is done.
