What you will do

• Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making processes.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
