About the International Humanity Foundation (IHF)
The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is an international non-profit organization (NGO) dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through education and grassroots leadership. Operating across five continents, IHF maintains a unique "University" structure where volunteers from around the world collaborate to manage our childrenâs centers in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia. Role Overview: "The Keepers of Knowledge"
In a global, decentralized organization, institutional memory is our greatest asset. The F.A.Q. & Manuals Team serves as the primary repository for IHFâs operational wisdom.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this team is responsible for documenting the "how-to" of every department. By capturing the expertise of current volunteers, you ensure that IHF remains a self-sustaining, learning organization where no insight is lost during leadership transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Documentation: Research, draft, and update comprehensive manuals for all 40+ IHF teams, ensuring alignment with the updated 2026 organizational protocols.
- Knowledge Management: Audit and maintain the master F.A.Q. database to provide real-time, accurate support for new and active members.
- Process Architecture: Work across divisions to map out complex workflows and translate them into accessible, standardized guides.
- Leadership Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for Team Leads on technical writing and documentation standards to preserve organizational intelligence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Communication: Exceptional English writing skills with an ability to produce clear, instructional content.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to synthesize complex, high-level information into simple, actionable steps.
- Instructional Design: Experience in creating educational materials, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), or technical manuals is highly preferred.
- Organizational Mastery: High attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation projects across multiple time zones.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaborative document management.
