Family Resilience Program Manager

What you will do

• Develop and implement family resilience programs that support child development and parental engagement.
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance program outreach and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to staff and volunteers involved in program delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Report on program progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

What we are looking for

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or family support services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Optional: Experience working with diverse communities and understanding of multicultural issues.
• Optional: Fluency in French.
