Experience Design Associate (Facilitation and Training)
Laridae is seeking an Experience Design Associate to join our team. This is a behind-the-scenes enablement role that supports high-quality facilitation and training by ensuring materials, systems, and follow-through are handled with care and consistency.
This is not a consulting or facilitation role. It is an internal role centered on preparation, reliability, and thoughtful execution.
You will work closely with facilitators to draft and refine facilitation and training materials, organize systems and shared resources, and ensure work is fully prepared before sessions and fully completed afterward. By owning the practical work that makes delivery possible, you help reduce the cognitive load on facilitators so they can focus their energy on working directly with clients.
Compensation and benefits
Annual salary: $65,000 CAD
Laridae offers:
- A minimum 6-week vacation policy (including three planned company closures)
- Extended health and dental benefits
- Financial support for home office equipment and ongoing technology needs
- A flexible, remote-first work environment
Work location and structure
Laridae is a remote-first organization. This role is open to candidates based in Ontario. Occasional travel within Ontario may be required for in-person client work or team gatherings (approximately 2–4 times per year). All travel costs are reimbursed.
Laridae operates in a bring-your-own-device environment. Team members use their own computer and mobile phone for work purposes, supported by secure, cloud-based systems. A monthly tech stipend is provided.
