Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board
The Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board (CADREB) represents over 370 members across the regions of Yarrow, Chilliwack, Sardis, Rosedale, Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs, Lytton, and Hope. As the voice of its members, CADREB focuses on advocacy, professional development, MLS support, and ensures REALTORS® are upholding professional standards and ethical behaviour.
Established in 1964, CADREB is a not-for-profit organization that serves eight growing communities in the Eastern Fraser Valley – regions that have experienced significant population growth and development in recent years due to increased demand for affordable housing and attractive investment opportunities. CADREB plays a pivotal role in supporting real estate professionals throughout this rapidly evolving landscape, ensuring members are equipped to navigate shifting regulatory frameworks, affordability pressures, environmental challenges, and changing consumer expectations. As a central hub of knowledge, advocacy, and professional development, CADREB empowers its members through training, resources, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Executive Officer
CADREB is seeking a new Executive Officer (EO) who will work in close partnership with the Board of Directors (Board), a dedicated group of nine industry professionals, to lead the organization forward.
The next Executive Officer will maintain a strong presence across CADREB’s diverse region. With a clear understanding of the evolving needs of both the profession and the broader community, the EO will ensure CADREB stays responsive, forward-looking, and aligned with its strategic goals. The role also calls for seasoned expertise in government relations and member engagement, as the EO will represent CADREB with clarity and credibility in conversations with regulators, municipal leaders, and other key partners. Ideal candidates will bring senior leadership experience, financial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to foster alignment and collaboration across complex stakeholder groups.
With a new strategic plan in place and strong momentum behind it, this is an opportunity to lead a well-respected and community-rooted organization. CADREB’s next EO will be empowered to shape the future of the organization and amplify the REALTOR® voice throughout one of British Columbia’s fastest growing and most dynamic regions.
