Contract - Full Time

At the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM), Canada’s largest business school, we are entering an ambitious new chapter in executive and corporate education. We are seeking a bold, entrepreneurial leader ready to define what executive learning looks like for the next decade and to build it at scale.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a mandate for growth.

As Executive Director, Executive & Corporate Education, you will hold full strategic accountability for the direction, expansion, financial sustainability, and market positioning of TRSM’s executive and corporate education portfolio. Reporting directly to the Dean, you will shape and execute a multi-year vision that positions TRSM as a national and international leader in executive learning.

You will set the strategy. You will define the growth trajectory. And you will build the model that ensures long-term competitiveness in a rapidly evolving global market.

Here are some of the areas you will be leading:

  • Develop and execute a bold, multi-year strategic framework for executive and corporate education
  • Establish ambitious revenue targets and scalable growth pathways
  • Expand national and international partnerships across industry sectors
  • Define governance models, performance standards, and operational structures to support sustained growth
  • Advance thought leadership in executive learning, ensuring TRSM remains innovative, relevant, and market-responsive
  • Serve as the Dean’s principal advisor on investment priorities, risk management, and competitive positioning

We are looking for a leader who combines:

  • Entrepreneurial instinct with financial acumen
  • Strategic vision with execution discipline
  • Market insight with institutional savvy
  • Courage with collaboration

If you are energized by building, scaling, and positioning executive education in a competitive global landscape and you are ready to set the direction, then this role offers both the mandate and the backing to do so.
