What you will do

• Lead and oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results.
• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders.
• Provide strategic advice to the board and chairperson.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and followed.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as an Executive Director or in other managerial positions.
• Experience in developing strategies and plans.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
