It was created to help ensure high-risk Grade 12 students complete their high school education by offering customized support for each youth, mentorship, care packages and graduation attire, as well as scholarships to support transition to post-secondary pathways. We support youth facing severe financial hardship, mental health challenges, unstable home lives, systemic discrimination, caregiving responsibilities or the unique demands of teen parenthood, to instill hope and build confidence by celebrating student success and helping them achieve their educational goals. To date we have assisted over 5,000 youth.
At our core, we are a community of advocates, mentors, and changemakers who believe that celebrating student success and investing in potential can break cycles of disadvantage. Through connection, encouragement, and opportunity, The Cinderella Project helps students build confidence, achieve their goals, and imagine a future they may not have thought possible. HOW WE WORK We foster a people-first culture, recognizing that meaningful change happens when our team members feel valued and empowered.
